I’m a Return and Refund policy. I’m a great place to let your customers know what to do in case they are dissatisfied with their purchase. Having a straightforward refund or exchange policy is a great way to build trust and reassure your customers that they can buy with confidence.

Orders will typically arrive in your mailbox 3-4 weeks from time of receiving your prescription information.  You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.  Need your order expedited?  Please don't hesitate to call or email.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with a form to input your prescription information.  If you do not have a current prescription and are local to the Puyallup Washington area, you can book an eye exam with our parent company, Rainier Sight and Sound for $149.
